We are pleased to inform our customers that we will not be increasing prices for any of our services in 2024. Our commitment to providing unmatched value remains stronger than ever.
Effective from Saturday, May 4th, 2024, our economy (48-hour) service will transition to a 3-day (72-hour) turnaround collected and delivered between 10am and 4pm. This adjustment will help us streamline operations and ensure you still receive the best service at the lowest possible price.
Our standard (24-hour) and express (6-hour) service timing will remain unchanged.
We will no longer accept duvets, comforters, or blankets for cleaning on our standard (24-hour) service. If you need any of these items to be cleaned, please book our economy (72-hour) service. Our drivers will no longer accept these items if they are booked on a less than 72-hour service.
Our economy service routes will be pre-planned in the morning to minimise traffic for our drivers. We should be able to share an ETA for arrival in the near future, but it will not be possible to choose a specific time, other than between 10am - 4pm. If you need a more specific collection/delivery time, please consider using our standard (24-hour) service.
